Celebration of Life: Just to say a big thank you to all the staff at Calderfields for making it a special day for Husbands life celebration. We could not have chosen a more beautiful and fitting spot for Martyn to be laid to rest. R managed the event with efficiency, care and respect. The food was delicious....and enjoyed by all. The bread and butter mountain made people smile. The cabin was warm, clean and just what i needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Calderfields for a fine place to visit or hold a function.
Accommodation: Room was very clean, Breakfast fresh and hot. Parking with a Night porter Will go again.
Boxing Day Carvery Lunch: A great three course Boxing day meal, the food was excellent and what a wide choice of meats, vegetables and accompaniments. All of the carvery food was piping hot. Every member of the staff were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble; a special Thank You to all of the Kitchen staff who must have worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
Christmas Tribute Night: I just wanted to say what a great night we had on 12/12/2025. Everyone loved where the table was situated and really enjoyed the tribute. We will book again next year and want to attend the Abba night if you have it. Thanks again for a wonderful evening
Christmas Tribute Night: What a great night and the Tribute Act was excellent (Michael Buble), Food was hot and there was plenty of it. Accommodation and next morning breakfast was also very good. looking forward to coming again in 2026!

Private Party:Just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed the party on Saturday. It is such a lovely space. Just the right size for a small event. The food was also lovely and there wasn't much left! Thank you for all that you did to make things run smoothly. If we have another family occasion, I will certainly bare in mind Calderfields

If you order the large breakfast you get a very large breakfast. š Plenty car parking. Rooms were very good. Staff helpful. Evening meal great.
Celebration of Life Could you please pass on my thanks to the kitchen and bar staff for their hard work today. The food was gorgeous and beautifully presented. The servers were extremely polite and helpful. The bar staff were extremely pleasant and eager to help. Everything was just perfect. Thank you everyone.
Celebration of Life We would both like to thank you and your team very much indeed for the help and assistance at the Golf Club last Thursday for the āCelebration of Lifeā for our father. Everyone with whom we dealt at Calderfields was extremely helpful, professional and supportive, whilst maintaining the respect for the occasion. The venue was ideal and the catering exactly as required. Perhaps the best compliment which we can offer is that we were so pleased that we chose Calderfields. Christmas Day Meal I would just like to thank all staff on Christmas Day that made our day so special. The lady front of house was so lovely and professional. Two men stood out and one was Liam behind the bar with his personality and chat to us and loved his Christmas hat. The other man was Neil he served our table and loved the chat we could of took him home . Please pass on our regards and will definitely be back This Year !! Thank you and all the best
Private Event Birthday Party: Just to say thank you for arranging our birthday get-together. Everything was just right for us, the room, the food and the service and help from the staff. Please convey our thanks to all the staff who served us and the ones in the kitchen preparing the food. We had a lovely few hours with our family members chatting, laughing and reminiscing. Thank you again for all your help, we know where to come in the future for family gatherings.
Wedding Celebrations: I was a guest at your Country club not so long ago as part of the D and S wedding party (I was the best man). I just wanted to write to say the event was carried out perfectly and was thoroughly enjoyable. All staff I had the pleasure of talking to or being served by were extremely helpful and polite, The staff conducting the ceremony were patient, charismatic and managed to put everyone at ease while remaining very professional. The meals were top notch, some very unique dishes I'd not tried previously and the timing of the courses, entertainment and speeches etc was just right. All in all, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay and I'd suggest it to anyone as a great venue. Please give a big thanks the staff involved for all the hard work they put in, It was well worth it.
