Proms

The main advantage of our school prom bookings is that we allow you to completely tailor-make your evening to suit your requirements. Although we don’t allow outside catering here at Calderfields our four award winning chefs are ready to cater for all your requirements.

Our prom packages are for a minimum of 50 guests and we can cater for up to 120 guests for a formal 3 course meal and up to 200 for a more informal buffet. Music can play till 12:00am. We do have recommended suppliers and artists or you are welcome to arrange your own entertainment with a surcharge of £50.00. We do however request PAT test certificates and public liability insurance for up to £5 million for any outside supplier or artist who will be using our power circuit.

As the prom organiser we would be delighted to hold a group tour of the venue so teachers, parents, head of forms and pupils can all experience the Calderfields charm!
