To Register for this Competition: Please use your BRS App or the Club Computer which is located within the Pro Shop

Handicap Allowance: 90% of the lowest handicap golfer in the match

Tees : Yellow.

Specific Information about this Competition

This is a pairs competition and open to all members that meet the criteria and can be played any day of the week or weekend.
Five day members may enter but may have to play on a weekend (Green Fees to the paid).

It is the responsibility of both teams to arrange their matches. A draw sheet will be posted in the changing room for members to leave their contact details. Failure to complete your match within the play by date will result in a toss of a coin made by the Club Captain and or Handicap Secretary.

Matches to be played by the proposed dates which are

Round 1 to be played by or on Sunday 07th December 2025
Round 2 to be played by or on Sunday 04th January 2026
Round 3 to be played by or on Sunday 01st February 2026
Round 4 to be played by or on Sunday 01st March 2026
Round 5 to be played by or on Sunday 29th March 2026

These dates are dependent on the number of entries, when the draw is published the final dates will be set and finalised.

If the game/match is all square after 18 holes – playoff hole from the 10th.

Please use the club computer (located in our Pro Shop) to enter and to record the result.
To check who & how many shots you receive please sign in on club computer and touch matchplay competitions, this will give you and your opponent the strokes for that match. Then press X to exit.
After playing, please repeat the above and when it asks to record winner tap yes then select the name of the winning pair then choose the result (i.e. Won 5/4). This will then put the winners through to the next round automatically.

Committee Terms and Conditions to enter this Competition

• Any members wishing to play in this competition needs to have at least 20 scores recorded on the WHS platform of which 6 need to be club Medal/Stableford competitions or a combination of the two formats played within the last 12-months.
• When signing up to enter this competition you will be giving the club/competition committee the authority to take the entrance fee off your membership card a week before the date of the draw.
• Anyone who signs up and must withdraw after the entrance fee has been taken and has notified the committee of the withdraw will be refunded.
