Starters:

Winter Vegetable Soup

A velvety blend of seasonal winter vegetables served with a warm crusty roll and butter

Brussels Pate

A smooth and flavourful Brussels pate served with mixed leaf salad, toasted bloomer bread and seasonal chutney.

Panko Breaded King Prawns

Succulent king prawns coated with golden panko breadcrumbs served with a mixed leaf salad and a classic Marie Rose Sauce.

Crispy Chicken Tenders

Golden Chicken Tenders served with a BBQ sauce dip and a mixed leaf salad.

 

Main:

Calderfields Famous Carvery

Our famous Christmas carvery featuring a selection of locally sourced meats, freshly roasted vegetables and all of the seasonal trimmings.

Salmon Wellington

Salmon fillet wrapped in golden puff pastry, served with seasonal carvery vegetables, festive trimmings and a parsley cream sauce.

Roasted Vegetable Tart  [V] [VE]

A delicious roasted vegetable tart, served with seasonal carvery vegetables and festive trimmings.

 

Desserts:

Traditional Christmas Pudding

A festive favourite served with brandy cream or warm custard. 

Baileys Cheesecake

A rich and indulgent Baileys Cheesecake, perfect for finishing your Christmas Day meal. 

Raspberry Crème Brulee

A smooth vanilla crème brulee infused with raspberry and finished with a caramelised sugar topping.

Chocolate Brownie Sundae

Layers of rich chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, all topped off with whipped cream.
