Job Description
Calderfields Hotel, Golf & Country Club is a thriving venue set in beautiful grounds between Walsall and Aldridge.
We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join a fun but hard working team in a 5 star establishment. We have 21 log cabins overlooking our golf course as well as a thriving members section and popular banqueting venue which means we rely on a well organised team of Chefs. The ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate good organisational skills, Be able to work in a fast paced working environment and have a high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, Preferably have had previous experience in a commercial kitchen. This is approximately 20-25 hours a week role.
Experience preferred but not essential!
A potential live in flat accommodation could be provided for the right part/full time candidate.

Pay:
£11.44 per hour
General Tasks include:
Washing Crockery and equipment from the day to day running of the venue
Taking pride when storing cutlery and crockery and ensuing minimal damage is caused to the company equipment
Taking pride in the general hygiene of the whole kitchen
Assisting the Head & Sous Chef with basic food prep
Keeping your station clean, tidy and free from Slips, trips and falls at all times.
