Employee of the Month May 2022

The winner of the Calderfields Employee of the Month for May 2022 is Clive Smith who is our Sous Chef.

He’s run our kitchen for a few weeks whilst waiting for our new Head Chef to start his employment and produced quality meals for private diners as well as for large functions.
