Staffordshire Union of Golf Clubs – Salter Trophy

The Staffordshire Union of Golf Clubs Salter Trophy matchplay rounds 1 and 2 were played at Calderfields Golf and Country Club on Tuesday 16th August 2022

The winners move on to Stone Golf Club for the semifinals.

President of Staffordshire Union of Golf Clubs Michael Entecott returns home to Calderfields Golf and County Club where he was Captain in 1997 & 1998 and then President from 2000-2004. Michael is pictured in the clubhouse holding the gavel that was presented to him during his Captaincy affectionately known as the “toffee hammer”.
